Return and Refund Policy
At Mascella, we strive to provide you with high-quality hair accessories that you will love. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
RETURN PERIOD:
You may return or exchange any unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at Returns@ShopMascella and provide photos of the damaged item. All items eligible for return must be returned in the original packaging.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed defective or an error occurred on our part, like the wrong item being sent.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
- Contact our customer support team at Returns@ShopMascella.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging along with the authorization form that will be provided by customer support. In order to reduce waste, we do not provide a paper return form in your package.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to our designated address provided by customer support.
Please note that damaged items due to improper use or mishandling are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Additionally, clearance and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
