Return and Refund Policy
At Mascella, we strive to provide you with high-quality hair accessories that you will love. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
RETURN PERIOD:
You may return or exchange any unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at Returns@ShopMascella and provide photos of the damaged item. All items eligible for return must be returned in the original packaging.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed defective or an error occurred on our part, like the wrong item being sent.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
- Mascella utilizes self-service returns via your Shopify customer account. By setting up self-serve returns, we allow customers to manage return requests directly, making the process more efficient for both us and our customers.

- After logging in, you can request a return by selecting the items, choosing a return reason, and adding a note.
- Mascella does not pay for the return shipping cost
- Shopify will generate a return label for you to return the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Once received, we will either refund your method of payment or we will ship the new item(s), in the event of an exchange.
Please note that damaged items due to improper use or mishandling are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Additionally, clearance and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
